What we are most often lonely for….

…… is our own loving.

Not many of us have been shown how to nurture and attend to ourselves in a way that helps us grow and develop healthily.

Because of this, we can feel alien and alone in our lives.

And this really influences our experience of life on so many levels. Most of the time without us even realising.

And there are actors and influencers that know how to manipulate this collective inner disconnect for their own ends, (often survival), driving separation more deeply into society. There is a long list of these protagonists that I’m sure we could all contribute to the debate at this point.

And yet this is the ultimate irony as we are all in some way complicit in this, consciously or subconsciously. Most of us, just playing along.

There is a clear and sustainable way out, but it’s uber hard, for all sorts of systemic, cultural, historic, as well as individual reasons. And that’s why we so rarely achieve it.

Wholeness.

We need to create the space, time, and correct support for each of us to do the truly hard yards and become whole again.

So, if you want to be whole, breathe in deeply my friend and start by bringing your mind home to your body. If you cannot find the truth right where you are, where else do you expect to find it?
