The suspicions you’ve had
As promised another purposeful practice to help with your inner journeying to clarity….
Go back to or seek out the art that really pulls you in.
It might be an image, a poem, a film, a song, I can’t tell you what, only you know.
Somehow you understand it without having to be told by the creator what it means.
Find as many as you can and then spend time with them.
Let them dialogue with your inner essence.
Luxuriate in that connection.
Explore the sensations that arise. You don’t need to interpret or label them (in fact don’t). Allow the oneness you feel with them to flood your wholeness.
Take the time. Commit.
Allow that beautiful creature to come forth.
Your zeal. Your activation.
Those unrealised things within that you’ve had your suspicions about the moment you deviated from their knowing embrace. You can find your way back to that most beautiful place.

Infectious! Poem by Hafiz, translated by Michael R. Burch
“I became infected with happiness tonight
as I wandered idly, singing in the starlight.
Now I’m wonderfully contagious
so kiss me!”
